Preconception Counseling
Whether you are actively trying to become pregnant, or perhaps just want to better prepare for pregnancy one day, a pre-conception visit can help give you useful, personalized tools.
Prenatal Care
Prenatal care visits are scheduled throughout your pregnancy in alignment with evidence-based, medical practice. Your prenatal visits will allow plenty of time to answer your questions - my limited patient volume allows for it! We will develop a trusting relationship for shared decision making in preparation for your birth.
Labor & Birth
Choose home birth for the empowering birth of your child. You will have me, your midwife by your side, along with the support team you choose in the comfort of your home.
Postpartum
Navigating this precious, yet often challenging season of your life can feel overwhelming at times. I am here to support, encourage, and guide you through this sacred time of change.
Well-Woman Services
At Rooted Wellness & Birth, I also offer well woman services which include annual exams, family planning consults, teen visits, Pap smears, and comprehensive blood work.
Telemedicine
Part of my vision to bridge the existing gap in maternal healthcare and ensure accessibility for all women is the development of a telemedicine service aimed at assisting midwives with prescription needs during pregnancy. This initiative seeks to streamline the process, allowing women to access necessary prescriptions through a straightforward telehealth consultation.
